Canyons Zip Lines & Canopy Tours
After 25 years in the construction business, Traci and David Walker moved to Marion County to start Canyons Zip Lines & Canopy Tours. The unique eco-tourism attraction required unique employees - physically fit, enthusiastic and not afraid of heights.
New to the area, the Walkers relied on Workforce Connection to recruit job candidates, provide office space for interviews, coordinate hiring events and, reimburse up to 90 percent of their news employees' wages while being trained through the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. Employer services are provided at no charge.
"Fantastic! This is the kind of help I need," said Traci Walker, adding that Workforce Connection "really made it easy."
To learn about Employer Services, available at no charge, please call 800-746-9950 or email the Business Development Team. |
