Assistance with Logging In
Did you know that there are two separate logins for the HHQI Campaign? One for Best Practice Intervention Packages and other educational resources. And the other for access to data reports. Read below to find out more.
How do I access the HHQI Data Reports?
Step 3: Now, log in with your Data Access username and password. If you do not have a Data Access username and password yet, please click on the link to "Register" on the "Data Access" page. For more detailed instruction on registering for the data site, please download our Quick Start Guide, which gives step-by-step instructions for the registration process.
How can I access the Best Practice Intervention Packages?
Step 2: Click on the Quick Link (right side of the page) for "Log In". Once you are logged in, you should see "Welcome Your Agency Name" at the top of your screen.
Step 3: In the gold toolbar at the top of the page, click on "MyLinks". Here you can select which BPIP to download 1) Fundamentals of Reducing Acute Care Hospitalizations or 2) Improving Management of Oral Medications or better yet, both!
