Greetings!
Welcome to the first edition of HOPE's online
newsletter. The e-newsletter will be sent out monthly to keep you informed of
important program updates and activities at HOPE. I hope you will enjoy hearing
from us each month. We would love

Generosity of the Human Spirit
Each day at HOPE, I have the privilege of bearing
witness to the generosity of some really amazing people. I see it in the man who quietly
delivers two bags of groceries each week to HOPE; the staff member whose heart is bigger than the sky
who organizes a collection to help a fellow staff member in need; in the child
in our afterschool program who thanks a volunteer tutor for the help they have
provided to a fellow student; in the HOPE for Women students who encourage and
support each other through their ups and downs; and every day, when a HOPE
staff member or volunteer tells a child they are perfect, smart and worthy. I
am blessed to be surrounded by people like this, who truly understand what it
means to be human. What a gift!

3:00 to 7:00 P.M. Cash for Gold Party Open House. If you missed the first party, here is your chance to cash
in some of that gold you have in your jewelry box or dresser drawer. On
December 4th, 20 people attended our first party and cashed in over $5,000
worth of gold.
