These referrals tell us that we're doing a great job for you and your family, and that you trust us to do the same for the special people in your circle of influence. Be sure they mention your name when making an appointment! It comforts us to know that our team is providing gentle, caring dentistry to you and your friends and family.

 How Our Program Works
- Pick up business cards from our office.
- Pass them out to your family and friends who are not current patients.
- Tell the referral to mark your name in the "Referred By" section of our New Patient Information Form.
- We will give you a $20 gift certificate to a great restaurant once your referral has received treatment at Smile Central Dental.
Offer Expires: 08/07/2010
- Please note that each new patient can mark only one person in the referred by section.
- New patient must have a minimum of $100 in services for gift certificate to be awarded.
