Library Strategic Plan Meeting

The Wicomico Public Library invites you to a special opportunity for the business community to give direct input into the what role the Library will play in the coming months and years.  They are soliciting your input because the business community has been supportive but not necessarily engaged with the library.  We would like to see why that is and what can we do to be better partners  with the business community. Therefore Andrea Berstler, the new  Director of the Library, invites interested business leaders to join a strategic planning meeting on Aug 13 from 8 - 10 am in the Library. The Library will provide coffee, juice, and snacks.  Attendees should come to the Library's side door on Circle Ave - across from the parking lot.  This is NOT about a building or new construction.  It IS about developing a working, practical and viable strategic plan for a vital community service that would like to do more for the business community and thereby be an aid and perhaps even a catalyst for economic growth in the area. Please consider attending and RSVP to the Chamber, brad@salisburyarea.com or 410-749-0144
