The other day as I drove into Boulder I noticed there were solar panels on top of the covered parking structures at the high rise student housing buildings. I had never noticed they added solar panels to these before even

though I glance over that way every time I drive by. My initial thought was Now that is a clever use of space; provide shelter for the cars while providing fuel for the buildings. Both are forms of protection from the elements. One for your vehicle and one for your body.

I then begin to consider how we as individuals could actively protect our bodies while fueling our Spirit. After all, the body is the vehicle for the Spirit and the physical connection to the Soul, the heart of the Spirit. My thought was; It would be so cool if I could shelter myself from the harsh realities of life while at the same time create healing energy to re-fuel and nurture my Soul. 

The next morning as I was journaling I posed the question to my psyche (my Soul), "How can I shelter myself from the every day ups & downs of life while at the same time create healing energy that will re-fuel and nurture me throughout the day?"
