 Can you believe it is fall? The Aspens in Colorado are breathtaking, a splendor I look forward to every year. Their wafty leaves remind me to take a deep breath and begin renewing my relationship with my heart in preparation for winter. When I wake each morning I take a moment to check in with three deep breaths. With each inhale I hear "God loves you Hailey." With each exhale I hear "I love you Hailey." I invite you to do the same but use your name of course, unless you want to send me your morning love... I'll take it! Self - love is the key to all healing. Use your breath to get there. Breathing is healing!

Dear Wanting to Know My Soul Path,
Just as we sagely share with our children when we are teaching them to cross the road; "stop, look and listen" so should we remind ourselves every morning when we wake up. The answer lies within you. It was carefully placed within the cellular memory of your heart before you were born and all you have to do is remember. Begin with sitting in the silence where you can feel your truth. Breathe deeply and allow your truth to swell into a wave of energy rushing through you. With practice your soul's path, your true heart's desire, will begin to reveal itself. A spark of inspiration will be ignited and everyday angels will show up unexpectedly and in perfect timing to give you guidance. Trust. Trust. Trust.

I dedicate this month's Soul Inspiration to Dr. Helene B. Leonetti author of
"Hardwirded for Love."
A few weeks ago Dr. Leonetti joined me as a guest on my radio show episode "Nurturing Yourself to Vibrant Health" and I have not been able to get her words of wisdom out of my mind or my heart since. Before we concluded our chat I asked her,"What message do you want most for our listeners to take away and integrate into their lives?" She responded, "We were each given a divine mission as we incarnated on our beautiful earth... there is no sin. The only sin there is, is if we leave without manifesting our divine mission... then we deprive each another of our magnificence and our beauty. I can do what I was sent here to do and I feel as if I am doing that work because I feel good at the end of the day and I am proud of what I have accomplished more than I ever have in my entire life. That is my biofeedback that I am on; that I am doing my divine mission. For those that haven't found there's yet, know that there is not one human being on this planet that is unworthy. We are all very magnificent and we as women are divine Goddesses and we need to look at what it is we were sent here to do and find it so that we can assist each other because we are all connected. There is not one of us that is not connected. So if I feel pain; you feel pain because there is no separation at all."
I took a big gulp feeling and knowing what she spoke was a divine message delivered to me.I could feel the resonation of her soft tone reverberate throughout my being. My body began to feel the fuel of love flowing through my veins. I had just been affirmed. I can trust my personal biofeedback of...

Carve out time to write your personal myth. Make it fun. Turn it into a fairytale. We all have an Angel, a Princess, a Queen, a Goddess, a Knight, a King, and or a God that lives within us. What form does your truth manifest as?
