Greetings!
 I just spent the entire month of May in Texas. I had a wonderful time playing with my childhood loves, planting flowers with my Mother-in-Law, seeing my family, especially my Grandma, at my cousin's wedding and enjoying the beautiful spring evenings grilling and eating organic meats and scrumptious vegetables by the pool with my husband. I am so blessed to feel so loved and to be able to share the inspirations that come to me with you all. Thank you to my loyal readers. I appreciate your interest and your time.  Soul Advice
What do you do when you have physical malady that creates a spiritual block within?

Dear Spiritually Blocked,
Have you considered what fear, anger or resentments your malady have created and you are harboring? Have you grieved the loss or losses that have arisen or may arise due to your malady? Feeling spiritually blocked is typically due to not being able to move beyond these paralyzing feelings. I invite you to engage in naming your fears resentments, losses and anger. Then list how they make you feel. Follow that with a list of activities you can engage in to shift your situation. Then choose to begin actively participating in one or more of those activities. Take note of how you feel once you begin engaging in these new activities. Do you feel different than you did before you began taking action? Taking action will shift your perspective thus empowering you. Once you begin to feel empowered, your energy will also shift and you will begin to feel back in the flow spiritually. I would also encourage you or anyone reading this and in need of moving beyond "spiritual blocks" to contact me. I have designed the perfect worksheet to walk you through the process. Imagine you spent all spring planting your garden full of shades of lavender, pink, yellow and green. Would you be willing to allow any weed or ivy to root down, around and throughout your garden giving it free reign to take over your morning glories, your pansies, your petunias, your jasmine and echinacea killing them before you even had a chance to enjoy their splendor; a product of your diligent planning, tilling, planting, mulching and watering? Ask yourself, "Am I willing to allow my dreams to be choked out by negative self-talk?"
