Want to be More Productive?
Did you know that the number one way to increase dual monitorsproductivity is to use multiple monitors? Read about multiple monitor use here.

To use 2 monitors, you need to have a video card that will accept both monitors. Most newer computers have this ability. For older computers, you'll need to replace your video card with a dual input model. To check if your computer has the right card, click here to see a picture of the correct video card. Should I upgrade to Windows 7?
windows 7Windows 7 is due to be released on October 22. Any computer running XP or Vista can be upgraded to Windows 7. 

If you are running Windows Vista, buy an upgrade copy of Windows 7 and install it on your computer. Be sure to backup your data first, just to be safe.

The majority of Windows XP computers should continue to run XP until you are ready to get a new computer. Upgrading to Windows 7 from XP is more cumbersome than upgrading from Vista. You must do a "clean install" of Windows which means wiping out all your data and applications, installing Windows 7 and then reinstalling all your data and applications. Microsoft has provided an upgrade advisor tool here which will tell you if your computer is ready to run Windows 7.
