The More the Merrier
Rooster's Molly White, Bailey Webb, Phillip Hight, Hardman Knox, Samantha Richardson and Heather Hess.
Like Santa on Christmas Eve, Rooster managed to be everywhere at once this holiday season... |
That's A Real Party
Mike Dvorsack of The William B. Hare Co., Chris Port of CB Richard Ellis, Jeremy Borak of Tanner, Ballew and Maloof and Rick Lackey of Real Professionals Network.
More than 100 real estate professionals representing independent companies throughout metro Atlanta attended the Real Professionals Network Holiday Party Thursday at Wildwood. The event, sponsored by CBRE Investors, brought together members of the growing network that expanded to four standing groups in 2010. Founding members of the network expect to have more than 10 collaborative groups operating in 2011. |
Structor Keeps It Local
Walker Houk of Structor Group, Brian Bollins of Structor Group and Dale Lewis of Carter.
We joined Structor Group at the new Northside hot spot Local Three last Thursday to celebrate the holidays with the Atlanta-based construction firm. With Structor Group and friends, not to mention Local Three's expansive bar, velvet Elvis painting and homage to The Dude of Big Lebowski fame, it was impossible not to have a good time. |

ICSC Goes for Holiday Gold
Amanda Ethridge of Jones Lang Lasalle and Michael Dahmer of Grubb & Ellis.
ICSC is a world-class organization - the "I" is for International, after all - and members know how to throw a world-class party. They did it again Thursday at the Gold Room, not only packing the house with retail real estate's who's who but throwing in Cirque du Soleil acrobats for good measure.

GSU's Sovereign Party
Nick Monette and Audrea Rease of GSU's Real Estate Alumni Group.
Georgia State University Real Estate Alumni's holiday party reigned supreme Thursday, or at least literally topped many others. The GSU real estate gang gathered at Sovereign's amenity/pool deck, the highest amenity/pool deck in the city with expansive views of Buckhead and Midtown. The perch gave them the opportunity to look down on the rest of us.

Just Another Day at Joel & Granot
The gang at Joel & Granot, holding/wearing their lovely holiday gifts.
After attending Joel & Granot Real Estate's white elephant holiday party, let's just say we hope they invite us back, if only to see what kinds of outrageousness they perpetrate next year. After all, who doesn't need a Grumpy (the dwarf) t-shirt; bobblehead birds; and a champagne and pizza lunch to launch the holidays.

Avison Young Says Buon Natale!
Avison Young's leasing team and family members.
Avison Young has solid connections with one of Atlanta's best, if not THE best, Italian restaurants, La Pietra Cucina. Avison Young's Bruce Logue is father of La Pietra's chef, Bruce Logue. And so Avison Young celebrated the holidays and the firm's rapid 2010 growth at the cozy Midtown restaurant, which makes us both hungry and jealous.

Speaking of Santa...
 NAI Brannen Goddard gives Toys.
A lot of organizations stepped up to help Toys For Tots this year, but we have to give credit to NAI Brannen Goddard for doing it with style. A look under NAI's tree suggests there will be a lot of happy kids on Christmas morning.
