The NAIOPFuture Leaders, a select group of the NAIOP GA Chapter's young professionals, recently took their 2nd annual field trip to Savannah to tour the market and mingle with local representatives.

During the two-day trip, the group visited the Port of Savannah for an exclusive "behind the scenes" tour led by Stacey Watson of the Georgia Ports Authority. When the market is soft and things are slow late in the summer, some Atlanta deal makers just "go fishin".... or gator hunting! Devoted reader and friend to the Rooster, Bo Keatley of NAI Brannen Goddard sent in this image of a 12 ½ foot 600 pound alligator that he and his friends caught two weeks ago at a lake outside Tampa, Florida! The Rooster hopes it's a sign of things to come when the football Georgia Bulldogs battle the real Florida Gators in late October. |
