I've been impressed with the free apps. You have to download on iTunes on Friday as the price goes back up the next day!
Good free apps:
Talking Tom Cat - Cat repeats what you say.
Pocket Pond - Looks like a real pond, touch the screen to make the water/fish move.
Bug Squash Lite - Squash the bugs with your finger as they run accross the screen.
Bubble Popper free - Bubble wrap paper you can pop with your finger.
Simon Original - Classic game.
TicTacToe Free - Play one or two players.
Lose It! - Track your calories everyday.
Healthy Recipes by SparkRecipes - Easy low fat recipes. Look up by category or search.
ABA Flashcards - by Kindergarten.com. Different categories that show the picture, word and have audio feedback.
Feed Me: Pencil Bot Preschool - Drag and drop the correct answer to the mouth of the monster; my preschooler loves this game.
Yellow Pages - The phone book.
Dictionary.com - Look up words.
Moms with Apps - Catalog of children and family-friendly apps.
Air Hockey Gold - Play one or two players.
WebMD Mobile - look up health issues.
These free apps are pretty good, the major downfall of them is the advertisements. Here's some other
awesome apps that cost $, I can't live without them!
