It's All About
Communications. . .
Welcome to the February 2012 edition of The Help Desk. Since
we’ve gotten a little behind, we’re taking this opportunity
to announce the last two iPad winners in our Service Survey
drawing. The 2010 third quarter winner was Ms. Tina
Shoemaker, of Arboris, LLC. And the 2010 fourth quarter
winner was Mr. Barry Cox of Kennickell Print and
Communications. Congratulations, and thanks for helping us
out! Hopefully, you’ve been responding to the surveys. If
not, it’s pretty simple. Every time we close a service
ticket, the contact on the ticket has the opportunity to
complete a brief online survey to let us know how we did. We
use these surveys to help us determine what we need to
improve and what we’re doing well. As a token of our
appreciation, one completed survey is selected each quarter
and the contact is presented with a new iPad 2. Of course,
even without the survey, we always want your feedback.
Infinity has grown year after year almost 100% due to
customer referrals. If you see ways we can improve our
service delivery to you, please let us know!
