Cheek and Midface Augmentation

May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month
 Skin
cancer is one of the most common yet one of the most curable types of
cancer. Typically, skin cancer occurs on sun exposed areas such as the
face, neck, arms and hands. Basal cell carcinoma is the most common
cancer followed by squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. Each of these
can present in different ways.

you have a suspicious mole or skin lesion, call to schedule an
appointment with Dr. Sandel. He may perform a biopsy if there is a
concern for cancer. If the lesion needs to be removed, you can trust
that Dr. Sandel will remove and repair the area with the utmost care
and expertise to ensure the least amount of scarring.
