Eyelid Surgery - One Size Does Not Fit All
 One of the most common requests for patients interested in cosmetic surgery is the desire to look more refreshed and less tired. The eyes are the first place to start as they are the first thing people notice when they look at you. Common contributors to this problem are sagging upper eyelids and puffiness in the lower eyelids. However, correcting these problems may require very specific techniques that vary among patients. Not one surgical procedure can adequately do the job for everyone!
For example, many times the fat in the lower eyelid should not simply be removed. Moving some of this fat to the upper cheek will give a much more youthful appearance without making the eyelid appear hollow. Other patients may need the upper eyelid margin lifted slightly instead of simply removing the excess eyelid skin.
