We would like to share some exciting news with you...February has seen the launch of two new systems to help the operation of Russell Automotive Centre...

Free MOT reminder
Our new and improved database system. Please email us at
service@rac-london.co.uk with the month (or exact date if you know it!) that your MOT certificate runs out and we will make sure you are informed well in advance that your certificate is due to expire. We can get you booked in for your next MOT with plenty of time to do any necessary repairs. This is useful tool as the onus is on the owner to remember about MOT’s!

New parts link up backed by Volkswagen UK!!!
An innovative new parts ordering system is recently being trialled by Volkswagen UK. Russell Automotive Centre has been chosen by London North West Trade Parts Specialist Centre to be the first independent to have access to the system.

Based on a similar system used by main dealers, Russell Automotive Centre now has access to up to the minute parts prices and information and has the added ability to order parts live online straight to their local Trade Parts Specialist Centre.

Steve Russell, Managing Director for Russell Automotive Centre said; "This will be a huge improvement to our current parts ordering system. We are delighted to be able to offer such an instant, exact and up-to-date quote to our customers."

Mark Day, Manager of the Trade Parts Specialist in NW London with the backing of Volkswagen UK chose Russell Automotive Centre to be the first specialist to use the system. ‘We wanted to use Russell Automotive Centre as our trial independent as they are by far our biggest independent specialist customer.’
