We are delighted to tell you that we won the Gold Award for Best Independent Service Provider at the Annual Audi Driver Award Ceremony on Saturday.

 Managing Director Steve Russell; a Dealer trained Audi & VW Master Technician, prior to the evening Award Ceremony was on the technical panel as an Audi expert during the Annual Audi Driver International race day at Castle Coombe, Wiltshire.  Steve Russell said; 'It was an honour for Audi Driver International to ask me to sit on the expert panel during the Question & Answer session at an Audi Driver event.  I have been extremely loyal to the Audi brand for 21 years and appreciate the recognition.'
 
As Russell Automotive Centre approaches their first year anniversary Director Jane Russell commented: 'It means so much to us that our customers recognise the quality of our services and have voted us their winner.  We were up against some extremely good Independents throughout the UK - some of whom have been in business for many years.  We are delighted.'

Russell Automotive Centre is the only local specialist with equipment compulsory for a main Dealer; so they are able to offer the same service but at a more affordable price.  Jane Russell was speaking live with Vanessa Feltz recently on BBC London Radio regarding the high prices main Dealers can charge.  Jane Russell explained; 'We don't have the high overheads of the fabulous buildings designed by main Dealers so we can afford a much lower labour rate.  It is important people are aware, especially in today's financial market, that they do have a choice of where to go to maintain a good quality of service for their cars.  Winning this Gold Award proves that we are getting it right!'
 
Two new dealer trained technicians!!
 
Russell Automotive Centre is pleased to announce two new members of staff to our growing team.  Tony is our second Volkswagen Master/Licenced Technician and Mark is a VW dealer trained technician.  They join the ranks with Steve our Audi & VW Master technician and Peter a highly trained technician who has been with us since just after we opened... we all look forward to welcoming you at your next visit.
