S.A.Q./SKILL DEVELOPMENT at America's Keswick
This Program emphasizes dribbling, ball control, and misdirection play/foot moves. Our Newest program is based on a nationwide push by the NSCAA and the NCAA to assess and push each player's development. The National Assessment, which was developed by iSoccer, is a test that measures an individual player's overall technical ability. The assessment covers seven topic areas and consists of 16 exercises selected to measure the fundamental skills needed to become a complete player. The test is easy enough for a five-year old, yet challenging enough for an elite player.

AerialcontrolAERIAL CONTROL/S.A.Q.
Learn the art of playing the ball out of the air under control on all four levels. Beginning with level 1, each player will receive dynamic training in the mechanics, and control necessary to play the ball out of the air, and then bring it back into play while under control using the feet, thighs, and chest, as well as the front and side of the feet (Left and Right). This course likewise involves the S.A.Q. necessary for them to gain the understanding of using their body with confidence with much needed and sought after skill.
