Is home delivery really free? Yes, there are no hidden charges.
Is there a minimum order required? No, as long as you are in one of our regular delivery routes.
What if I don’t have items to be cleaned each week? You can simply call us 24 hours in advance and we will skip you that week. You can also be placed on our on-call schedule in which we will call you each week to determine if we should schedule you for a pick-up.
Can I choose my pick up and delivery days? We have several schedules which are assigned to each delivery route. These include pick up on Mondays and delivery on Thursdays or pick up on Tuesdays and delivery on Fridays.
What if I have special instructions? You will receive a valet form to complete with each delivery if you wish, that will allow you to indicate any preferences or special instructions.
What if I don’t feel comfortable leaving my order at my front door? You can choose to leave your dry cleaning order in a pre-designated place of your choice. Some customers provide our drivers with their garage door code and leave the items for pick-up and delivery there each week.
Can I trust your delivery drivers? We have three delivery drivers, each of whom has been with Fashion Cleaners for 19, seven and four years. You can read more about our drivers at www.fashioncleaners.com.
Did you know that fresh stains make the best ex-stains? Nearly all stains treated within 24 hours can be removed. Be careful when attempting to remove the stain yourself –you could actually be setting the stain, making it more difficult to remove later.

Parsow’s Fine Clothing at Regency Court is a regional destination for custom and designer clothing. Since Sol Parsow founded the fine clothing store in 1952, it has grown to become the largest custom clothing store within a 500-mile radius of Omaha.
David Parsow, president of Parsow’s, who runs the business with partner Larry Ginsburg, attributes the store’s success to “experienced and knowledgeable staff combined with a higher level of quality that you can’t find anywhere else in the area.” Parsow’s has been named seven times as one of Esquire Magazine’s “Top 100 Specialty Stores in America” and voted Omaha’s finest men’s specialty store.
Parsow says the store has a dedicated following of Omaha customers, many of whom bought their first suit here after high school and have continued to depend on Parsow’s to build their wardrobes over the years. The store also draws customers from across the country who make a yearly visit to Parsow’s. Parsows also does personal office and house calls for custom fittings to both local customers and customers from coast to coast.
In addition to custom clothing, the fine clothing store maintains a large inventory of off-the-rack fine clothing brands such as Tallia, Zanella and Canali. About 20 years ago, Parsow’s began carrying women’s fine clothing and sportswear in specialty brands such as Zanella and Joseph Ribkoff. Women’s custom fittings are offered twice a year.
