Results of Fashion Cleaners’ customer and home delivery surveys are in. We want to thank all of you who took the time to complete our customer surveys and helping us identify ways to improve our services. According to the results, more than 91 percent of our store customers and more than 93 percent of our home delivery customers are satisfied or very satisfied with Fashion Cleaners. Our staff works very hard to provide you with exceptional customer service and superior cleaning and finishing results. Based on your responses, these efforts are paying off. The top reasons for using our services include customer service, reliability, attention to detail and our convenient locations. Both reliability and cleaning and finishing services received a 94 percent satisfaction rating.

Many of you also used this opportunity to provide us important feedback about our services. As a result of your comments and suggestions, we will be making additional improvements to enhance our services to you. Some of these changes are already in progress and include:
New equipment We are in the process of evaluating new dry cleaning equipment that will allow us to further enhance our cleaning and finishing services.
Button inspection/customer service We are bumping up our button inspection program by reviewing and refining our inspection process as well as all of our customer service procedures to ensure your complete satisfaction when you leave our store. Did you know about our executive shirt cleaning button guarantee? If you receive a shirt back with a missing button, we will replace the button and refinish the shirt for free as well as two additional shirts.
Coupons, special offers  A desire to see more coupons and offers was expressed by some of our customers. Please check our e-newsletter for exciting new offers each month or watch for specials available on our website. 
Customer loyalty program We have many loyal customers who have been using Fashion Cleaners for many years and we want to recognize you for your loyalty. In addition to our current “Thanks Again” program, we are also in the process of developing a new customer loyalty rewards program. We hope to announce the details of the new program within the next few months.
Environmentally-friendly practices The use of environmentally practices are important to many of you. The environment is also very important to Fashion Cleaners. We use environmentally-friendly practices in all of our dry cleaning processes including environmental-friendly solutions used to clean your clothes as well as the use of energy efficient equipment. We are also evaluating additional green processes and hope to be making some new announcements soon. See the accompanying article for more green practices.
