Weekly Tips to Help You Create the Life You Desire
Tip of the Week

Feeling Tired?

Most of us are sleep deprived. Do you find yourself sleepy a lot of the time or consistently complaining about not getting enough sleep? Research suggests that the average adult needs between seven and nine hours of sleep a night for optimum health. How much are you getting?

Keep a sleep journal for at least two weeks. In a notebook next to your bed, note the approximate time you fall asleep and wake up in the morning. Also note the quality of your sleep. At the end of the two weeks, see how much sleep you are really getting. You may be surprised and may need to make some changes.
