Hot! Hot! Hot!
 If the heat is making you a prisoner of your home or workplace, make sure you are spending at least 5-10 minutes outside enjoying the scenery. Set your alarm clock ten minutes early. Before getting ready for your day, go outside. Breathe in the fresh morning air, see the dew sparkle on the leaves, listen to the birds calling to each other, and relax in the knowledge that you are caring for yourself!
Bonus tip: Later, as you are sitting (and sweating) in your hot car waiting for the the AC to work, remember your morning reverie and experience it again!
