We are also thrilled with all the accolades from friends and business colleagues congratulating us on putting this wellness community event together. This can only mean one thing - Ottawa residents truly want to be healthier! 
 
The Expo will take place tomorrow at the Shenkman Art Centre from 10 am to 4 pm and you don't want to miss it! Dozens of exhibitors and live speakers will be on hand to enrich and inspire you to a healthier, happier you. 

I personally want to thank my good friend, Dr. Nathalie, for her drive and committment to bringing wellness to the community and the world. She inititated this wellness expo idea 5 years ago and asked me to join her as Co-Founder the following year. The continuous work on this Expo, has grown from a simple, local event to a grander scale that we could have only imagined! It has definitely made a positive impact on the community. People are seeing the value in bringing wellness under one roof and our hope is to touch the lives of thousands and make Ottawa residents the healthiest on the planet! 
 

Not only do we have 2 wellness expos going on in the city, but others have followed Dr. Nathalie to create wellness expos in their own cities! Tomorrow, there will be more than 20 Wellness Expos going on at the same time in Canada and the U.S! So, drop in tomorrow and join in on this wellness revolution!
