Hello! How was your week?
It seemed that every time I turned around this past week I was faced with the question of "Why?" Everywhere I turned, people were talking about the reasons they do what they do.
It was an easy question for me to answer, but I wondered about others. "Do they know their why? Have they ever really thought about it?"
Today, I hope that my latest blog post will encourage you to take a long hard look at why you work so hard. Why you strive to be the absolute best that you can be. By keeping your "why" in the forefront, you will find the motivation to reach greater heights and succeed beyond your wildest dreams!

I am a firm believer in that the WHY of building your business is a direct link to your core values. Now, I'm not talking about the most basic "why" of money. Money may be a motivator, but it's not the real "why".
In order to get to the heart of the matter, think about why you really want to make more money. What is the driving force behind your goal of wealth? For most people, the "why" is very basic. It is family. You want to succeed in order to provide more for your significant other or your children. For others, it is the idea of a secure future and the knowledge that you will have a comfortable lifestyle even through retirement.
Entrenched within the WHY are your core values. For me, they are integrity, love, respect, inspiration, creation and enrichment. I strive to both earn and project these 6 core values in everything I do, especially my business. I work very hard to ensure that my clients and team members see that I am honest and respectful. And, my goals are to always inspire and enrich others by creating opportunities that will not only benefit me, but them as well...
