| Creating Massive Passive Income |
There are many ways to leverage and earn multiple sources of income in a massive way. In fact, there are so many different vehicles that it can be hard to sort through them all and decide what will work best for you.  Are your goals in the stock market? Or maybe your forte is Real Estate. What about the entertainment industry such as royalties music, royalties movies or book sales? Perhaps your business mind leads you to dabble in infopreneuring, affiliate marketing, internet marketing, network marketing, coaching or consulting. Whatever your skill set, you can utilize that to create multiple sources of income and leverage those skills to create a wealth plan.
Two of my favorites wealth building strategies are real estate (rental/investment properties) and network marketing . Why am I so enamoured with these opportunities? Both of them generate high cashflow and residual (passive) income. Each requires only a few hours a week making it possible for me to leverage other people's time. And, in real estate, I am able to leverage other people's money. One of the most important things to consider when beginning any new business venture is your ROI (return on investment). Often your ROT (return on time) is even more important. How much time and money are you spending on your income generating activities? I would love to share opportunities with you either through my own partnerships or through the dozens of successful and amazing people that I am proud to call my friends. | What Is Your Idea Of Freedom? |
Wouldn't we all love to live a life of freedom? What does freedom mean to you? How do you really want your life to be? I came across the following images and they really hit home with me. Do they evoke a strong emotion in you? Can you relate to the gentleman who is free from the trappings of a world where he has to be tied to a desk day-in and day-out? Or are you more like the hamster wheel guy - spinning your wheels and never getting anywhere? We all need something to help us take action in making our lives the way we dream it to be.
