 As 2011 draws to an end we look back on a year that has been tough at times, however we are very pleased to still be here and able to serve, you our loyal customers and we thank you for that.

Changes at Videx.
It is no longer possible to order the older range of Videx modules. Namely the 836/ 836M/ 837/ 837M/ ranges along with the 843, 844 and 845 modules. We all now need to change over to the 8000 series modules.
There are also other products that are no longer available such as the 924M handsets.
There will be a few odd modules floating around for replacement purposes but it is now time to start updating systems when you are called out for a service call.
We will of course try to advise you as best we can and update our web site as appropriate. All these changes should be in place by January.

 £ £ £ .... Another Christmas present for you.All account customers can receive a 2.5% rebate on the value of their December purchases.
To Take advantage of this offer all that we ask is that you pay your account on time!
Simply ensure that your December account is paid in full before the end of January and we will automatically issue a credit note for 2.5% of that months purchases.
Please note: VAT and carriage charges will not be included in the calculations. Please also note that your account must be in terms, that is there should be no older outstanding or overdue amounts on your account.

Price changes afoot!.
BPT have introduced some price changes - a number of which are downwards! so do look out for these changes.
BSTL will be introducing their first price increase for 2 years from the 1st of February.
Please do check outstanding quotes etc before ordering products.
We will have the new price lists available on line as soon as they are published.
Remeber: to find manufacturers trade price list you will need to use your Trade Login to access the appropriate page. Look under Audio Door Entry for the appropriate manuacturer and you should find the price list there if it is available.

Christmas Holidays.
We will be closing for business on Friday 23rd December at 2-30pm and re-opening on Tuesday 3rd January 2012 at 8-30am.
There will be a member of staff manning the telephones for a limited period on most days during the holiday but we will not be able to ship big orders until the New Year.
