 We need your help! Every Friday, your child gets to pick something out of the Treasure Chest as a reward. Our treasures are running very low and could use some generous donations from parents. Some suggestions are: fast food toys and any other small toys your child has not played with in awhile. Thank you for your help and understanding. School December 10th Our class will be putting on a Christmas play at 1:00pm. Please have your child here by 12:45. We will be performing in our new Athletic Edge Building right next door. Seating will be on a first come, first serve basis. December 16th We will be having our classroom Christmas party. There will be cookie decorating, a book exchange and watching a holiday movie. We would like every child to bring a wrapped book for the party with no names on them. We will have each child pick a wrapped book out from under the tree to unwrap and take home. Please try and make the books as unisex as possible because it is a random drawing. It's all about the wrapping paper!! Parents, we will need your help with supplies for cookie decorating. We need plain cookies, frosting and sprinkles. Our class size is 35, we would like to let each child decorate 2. We are also asking for candy cane donations by December 9th. Happy Birthday to You!! Dylan Westlake, 12/4 - Alyssa Ortega, 12/12 - Aurora Fournier-White 12/26 Afterschool Care Winter Holiday Camp Available Dec 19th-23rd, Dec 26th-30th, January 2nd-3rd Camp will be available with each day having a different theme. Mondays and Thursdays will be swim days from 1:30-2:30pm for children 6 and older. If your child is 5, a parent/guardian must be on the pool deck during this time. Other games and activities will be available if your child is unable to swim. Monday, Dec 19th - Spirit Day - Who is your favorite team? Duck or Beavers, Lakers or Celtics, Chargers or Raiders? Whoever you root for in any sport, wear their logo or colors. Also a swim day. Tuesday, Dec 20th - Dodge Ball Day - Come dressed in your best dodgeball outfit ready to Dodge, Dip, Dive, Duck and Dodge. Wednesday, Dec 21st - Movie and Pajama Day - Wear your favorite pj's and get ready for a Christmas themed movie. Thursday, Dec 22nd - Crazy Hat Day - Swim Day Friday, Dec 23rd - Christmas Colors Day - Wear green and red from head to toe. If you have Christmas themed shirts, sweaters, socks or pants - Wear it! Monday, Dec 26th - Super Hero Day - Superman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman, Princess Peach, or something/someone you have made up, dress like it! Swim Day Tuesday, Dec 27th - Backwards Day - Clothes can be worn inside and/or backwards, be creative! Wednesday, Dec 28th - Movie and Pajama Day - Wear your favorite pj's and get ready for a movie and popcorn Thursday, Dec 29th - Dress like my Parents Day - Kids think we dress funny, wait till they mimic you. Most look-a-like will receive a small prize. Friday, Dec 30th - Crazy Hair Day - Anything goes! Color, size and shape. How creative can you get?
