The next Black Belt Club seminar is on the Tonfa! A traditional Okinawan weapon that later developed into a style of the modern police baton. The level 1 seminar is free for all Black Belt Club members. Basic members can take the seminar at $49.00. Our level 2 seminar will explore more advanced techniques including the application of some techniques.
 
Our June training camp is is June 21st-25th. These camps are offered 3 weeks throughout the summer. We also have a camp July 19th-23rd and August 16th-20th. The focus of these camps are to instruct campers on proper technique and progressions involved in our curriculum system. Thursday night students in the camp can enjoy an afternoon of bowling, pizza and an overnight stay at the gym! A week of camp is equal to about 25 classes. A great way to polish up and stay focused throughout the summer! Stop by the front desk for informational packets and enrollment forms for camps. Black Belt Club members, dont forget your discounts!
 
Make sure you pickup your copy of the ABK Karate Curriculum DVD! This DVD is $49.00 for Black Belt Club Members and $59.00 for Basic Members. This DVD has all curriculum that a student needs from White to Black Belt and is like a private lesson in the home whenever the student needs to polish up, great for testing review! No matter what rank a student is, curriculum DVD's are a great item to own. Whether it's a Red/Black Belt training for their Black Belt Test, a White Belt learning 22B for the first time, or a Purple-One Belt needing to brush up on their curriculum for their leadership training. Students please remember to bring your sparring gear (all pieces labeled with your name) to each class as we will be using it during classes for specific bag drills. Green-One Belts and above do not forget your weapons.
