response to the conference so far has been excellent, in fact it has been so good we have decided to add an extra day of pre-conference master classes on Thurs 16th, please check the updated schedule online.   Also please note we had to make a small adjustment to the shchedule, check online for latest schedule.
Early Bird Discount extended until 11th May
there has been a few requests to extend the early bird discount, especially from people who need to TT payment.  As such we have decided to extend the early bird pricing until Mon 11th May (early bird discount for 2 day conference only).
Schedule Update 
 
We are happy to annouce that Dav will now being doing his arc class on the new Balanced Body Pilates Arc.  As such we have unfortunatley had to make some small changes to the schedule.  Groups A and C Baby Arc master class has now been changed to How's your teaser? by Dawnna Wayburne.  Please see the latest  schedule online with Updated 3/5/09 on the footer.
 
 
Extra Day Pre-Conference Master Classes by Dav Cohen
We have added an extra day of pre-conference master classes due to high demand!  The two Allegro classes and the talk, are repeats of Friday sessions. 
 
Thursday 16th May
11.00-12.30 Allegro Symmetry and Balance
 
1.00-2.30 Allegro for Sports Conditioning
 
4.00-5.30 Pilates Arc master class
 
6.30-8.00 The importance of inner unit and "core stability" for back rehabilitation (lecture)
