seems like last week i was writting April's newsletter.... As usual lots coming up at Focus, registration for the Pilates Conference is in full swing with the main conference almost half full, don't forget to check out the pre-conference classes which are suitable for Intermediate level clients. |

Help us give back to the less fortunate by taking a Pilates private or group classes. All its earnings to adopted charity, The Little Sisters Fund. The studio will go one step further by matching that amount dollar for dollar, up to a total of $5000. Focus hopes to raise $12,000 by June 2009.
Ticket price are lower than the normal rate at: Minimum $20 for a group class, $100/hour for private Pilates, $50 for physiotherapy.
Some classes & physio appointments are nearly full. Please donate generously by making a booking with us now & please pass on this good deal & good deed to your friends who are keen to have a professional sessions at a great price.

Singapore Conference Updates... 17-19th July 2009
Pre-Conference Master classes are almost full, check our website on details on how to sign up! Pre-conference classes are suitable for Intermediate clients.
For Focus Pilates clients who come for the 2 days conference, you will get a special discount, please note that you need to be an experienced Pilates practitioner as some of the material in the workshops may be delivered specificially for Pilates instructors and trainees.
