CASE STUDY
 
Assignment:  Assess and attempt to clean expensive, mold-damaged leather chairs.
 

Background:  Broken pipe in basement while homeowners were on vacation caused extensive water damage with mold growth throughout.
 

Findings:  Normal cleaning methods were not going to be successful at removing the mold and rust stains.  We confirmed the replacement value of items from the homeowner and determined it was worthwhile to perform specialty stain removal.
 
                       Would you replace this? 

 
Results:
Everything restored at a cost of 10% of the replacement

Another Happy Home Owner!!

Dear Jim,
 
First, I apologize for replying so many months after your wonderful help after our hot water heater basement flood situation. So much has happened since then to delay my response to you for your survey.  You and your staff were incredible in your quick response to the situation. Jim, you came to my home the next morning, in person, and were so helpful and caring..we communicated well and the return of everything was prompt and well packed.
 

Remember the little fur jacket from Madame Magazine story?  When I had you try cleaning it after my airing it  out at home, you returned it sturdy and glistening.  The lining water fade did not matter..The jacket looked fresh and wearable once again.
I cannot praise you and your company enough for your great work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
