Greetings!

It seems as though people become a little more focused as September begins. Maybe it's memories of a new school year, or the anticipation of another football season... we look forward to new starts and second chances. This month also offers us a time for pause: for reflection and remembering. Blue Door offers us a way to become involved and stay connected with our community through public art, RiverFest, and local art shows. We look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new friends with the start of a new season.

Call for Volunteers and Donations

Come and visit the Blue Door Artist Association Table between the hours of 11am to 5pm.  We will once again ask passers-by to take part in a community art project. Each participant will have a panel on which to create their own unique piece of art. Each panel will then be added as part of a community collage. The idea behind the piece is to acknowledge each person's impact on the community at large.

Members are encouraged to come and learn about the latest news for artists in the community.

We are also looking for donations of art materials: glue, collage materials, etc. Please contact Courtney Puciata if you can donate or volunteer: cpuciata@yahoo.com.
