NEW! IH Series Hall Effect Switches from APEM | |

IH Switch
This rugged IP67 sealed switch is designed to be subjected to a repetitive jogging in harsh environments. The IHS is recommended for applications
where the switch is often activated. For example, in applications where
positioning the load is critical: material handling, loaders, lifts trucks, buckets and shovels.
IH Linear
This rugged Linear Output switch is intended for applications where a simple
On /Off control is not sufficient and where a linear output is required. Typical
use of IHL: applications where operators need to control motion and speed.
This switch is ideal for control valves or variable speed drives and can be used in various applications including industrial controls, heavy duty equipment and
handling.

NEW! Honeywell Zephyr Analog Airflow Sensors
|

HAF Series-High Accuracy, provide an analog interface for reading airflow over the specified full scale flow span and temperature range. These new analog sensors join the Honeywell Zephyr™ Digital Airflow Sensors that were launched in April 2010. The analog version offers the same features, benefits, value to customers, and potential applications as the digital version. The Zephyr™ analog airflow sensor is designed for customers that are either replacing legacy analog parts or who prefer to operate with an analog sensor. BENEFITS - Deliver enhanced functionality driven by our customer's product performance needs
- Customizable devices provide enhanced reliability, accuracy and repeatable measurements to meet many application specifications
- Offer key competitive advantages not found in other analog airflow sensors available in the industry today
- Designed to measure mass flow of air and non-corrosive gases
- Available in standard flow ranges, and are fully calibrated and temperature compensated with an on-board Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)
- Provide an analog interface for reading airflow over the specified full scale flow span and temperature range
- Thermally isolated heater and temperature sensing elements help provide a fast response to air or gas flow
VALUE - Meets high accuracy specifications: High ± 2.5% accuracy allows for very precise airflow measurement, often ideal for demanding applications with high accuracy requirements.
- Customizable: Allows the sensor to be designed to meet specific end-user needs.
- High sensitivity at very low flows: Reduces errors due to thermal effects and null shift to provide accurate readings over time, often eliminating need for system calibration after printed circuit board (PCB) mount and periodically over time.
- Improves patient comfort: Low pressure drop typically improves patient comfort in medical applications, and reduces noise and system wear in components such as motors/pumps.
- Saves customers time and money: Linear output provides a more intuitive sensor signal than the raw output of basic airflow sensors, often eliminating the need for customers having to linearize the output which can help to reduce production costs, design, and implementation time.
- Small size: Occupies less space on PCB, allowing easier fit and potentially reducing production costs; PCB size may also be reduced for easier fit into space-constrained applications.
- Flexible: Low 3.3 Vdc voltage option and low power supply allows battery-driven and other portable applications.

| NEW! Pepperl+Fuchs 5-Way Adjustable Limit Switch Style Sensor |
The new inductive limit switch style sensors are now available in all DC models for 10-30 VDC operation. These 5-way adjustable sensors can have the active sensing face adjusted for front, top, bottom, left or right facing targets. P+F inductive limit switch sensors excel in providing both robust and reliable operation even under the most extreme conditions and applications. We have now taken the design and the features to a new level providing enhancements inside and out. With its patented 4-corner LEDs, it doesn't matter where this new 5-way sensor is put into service. it guarantees complete all-round visibility and monitoring of its operating and switching state from any angle. This puts it into a completely new light.
Installations can be planned, serviced, and monitored with less inconvenience for the technician in every possible respect. This is evident when removing and installing the new 5-way sensor: You only need to replace the existing upper part and can continue using the existing cabling in the base without any problems. It really couldn't be simpler. Also, all switching distances are available in the new package design.
The areas of application are almost unlimited, we have increased the integrity and robustness of the housing to protection category IP69K - making the new 5-way inductive limit sensor significantly more weather resistant, waterproof, and heat resistant. With improved UV resistance, it is also less sensitive to intensive sunlight exposure making it even more durable in outdoor applications. Product Features: - Sensing ranges (Sn) 15, 20, 30, and 40 mm
- Flush mountable 15 and 20 mm versions
- Improved sealing, IP68/69K
- Increased temperature range -25 deg C...85 deg C
- Same 1/2 inch NPT conduit entrance base as the NJ20+U2/U4 series
- 10-30 VDC operation
- 3-wire DC, 4-wire DC and NAMUR models
