ODYSSEY:"The Extreme Battery" |
Some batteries provide enormous cranking power. Others, deep cycle reserve power. The revolutionary ODYSSEY® battery is designed to do both.
How is this possible? The answer begins with flat plates made of 99.99% pure virgin lead - not lead alloy. Pure lead plates can be made thinner, so we can fit more of them in the battery. More ODYSSEY battery plates mean more plate surface area. And that means more power - twice as much as conventional batteries. In fact, ODYSSEY batteries are capable of providing engine cranking pulses in excess of 2250 amps for 5 seconds - double to triple that of equally sized conventional batteries, even at very low temperatures. And they can handle 400 charge-discharge cycles to 80% depth of discharge. This extreme combination of power and performance makes ODYSSEY batteries perfect for a range of applications including automotive/LTV, marine, commercial, and power sports.

Check out this Video on YouTube!
The ODYSSEY battery is designed and built to last up to 3 times as long.
Thanks to rugged construction and AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) design, ODYSSEY batteries have an 8-12 year design life and a 3-10 year service life. Welded inter cell connections enable it to withstand extreme vibration, and AGM design holds acid in place to prevent spills, even when installed on its side. And unlike conventional batteries, ODYSSEY batteries can be stored for up to 2 years and still be returned to full power.

| Submersible LVDTs from Stellar Technology |
|

STI's LWU Series is a family of submersible LVDT displacement transducers available in either DC or AC versions. These units are specifically designed for use in sea water and other submersible environments, including many corrosive liquids. The LWU Series features unguided armatures with stroke lengths from 0.5" to 4" and linearity of ± 1%. Operating temperature is from -40 to 140 deg.F.
The LWU60X is an AC/AC unit with v/v output. The LWU61X and LWU65X are DC/DC units with outputs of ±5 Vdc or 0-10 Vdc and 4-20mA, respectively. The LWU units are made of 316 stainless steel, and are fully welded. The heavy duty construction makes these units able to endure the most rigorous applications including 10 years submersion in seawater at a depth of 7500 ft. (2300 m). The free unguided armature design allows non-magnetic fluids to enter the transducer body without affecting the operation of the transducer. In addition, this thru-hole design helps overcome the problems associated with marine growth.

NEW! E-T-A Mini Circuit Breakers |

E-T-A Mini Circuit Breakers for Mobile Equipment & Vehicle Applications
The E-T-A mini circuit breaker type 1620/1626 has a width of only 13.3 mm, enabling vehicle manufacturers to reduce their space requirement in the fuse box by up to 30 % without compromising the advantages of circuit breaker protection. Type 1620/1626 is unique in the market in offering a miniaturised design which meets all requirements of the four SAE J553 type classes. As the versions to classes I, II and III* are suitable for use both in DC 12 V and DC 24 V on-board electrical systems, manufacturers of commercial vehicles can also benefit from the space-saving advantages of type 1620/1626 and select from the full range available. Depending on the load to be protected and on the mounting location in the vehicle, manufacturers can choose the configuration best suited to their requirements. Available in 5 to 30 Amp ratings and 12Vdc or 24Vdc rated voltage.
