Greetings!
Progress, action, and volunteers, these words describe the activity happening at 1709 Ward Drive! The first volunteer crew began Saturday, July 17, 2010. To date, over 100 volunteers have assisted in the building of Home 11. The building continues and we are looking for additional volunteers to join us.
Opportunities to serve Habitat are numerous family selection, fund raising, church relations, family support are all available committee work. If your church, business, or group are interested in joining us with this Christian ministry we would be happy to speak to you!
We would encourage you to drive by the work site and take a look. With each passing week, the landscape changes, and the house "becomes a home."
Thank you for your continued support!
God's Blessings,
Fred Rist

For many years she dedicated herself to teaching and administration in schools in Minnesota and South Dakota. She moved into a parish ministry in the late 1970s. She continued this ministry until 1997. After spending four years in hospital ministry as director of mission services, director of chaplaincy and a member of the administrative team, Sister Catherine was elected to the Presentation Sisters Leadership Council. She served on the Council from 2002-2006.
Zach Peterson joined Richardson, Wyly, Wise, Sauck & Hieb, LLP law firm as an associate in 2006 and become a partner in January 2009. He is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association and the Brown County Bar Association. Zach practices primarily in the areas of insurance, criminal law, and civil litigation.
