Question:
I want to book a beach-themed party outdoors on the resort pool deck in September but I am afraid we may get rained out! What can I do to not waste my decor money should we have to move the party inside?

Answer:
Atmospheric pool lighting is easily transferrable to the inside. When used outdoors, it turns the pool into a moving, decorative focal point. When moved inside, your guests will experience an "underwater" atmosphere with color and action. Both effects make for a fabulous party, regardless of the weather!

Event Spotlight

In addition, the group can receive a 25 percent discount off of the use of audio visual equipment and services. The package is based on availability, and is subject to change.

FSAE Celebrates 50th Anniversary
Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE) celebrates their 50th anniversary with over 350 FSAE members in attendance at their annual conference in Northeast Florida!
At this year's conference, participants got to turn back the pages of time. The St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra & the Beaches Visitors and Convention Bureau sponsored the transportation for a floating reception to take guests from the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa to the Renaissance World Golf Village where guests enjoyed a "groovy" retro celebration! Destination Planning Corporation sponsored the flower power décor for the event, showcasing 60's print linens and custom centerpieces.
The guests were greeted by go-go dancers and escorted from the atrium into the ballroom where they enjoyed the sounds of Revolution, a fabulous Beatles cover band.

DPC Provides Tradeshow Management
In April 2009, SHRM Jacksonville (Society for Human Resource Management) hosted their annual HR Conference and Gala at the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa. Attendees had the opportunity to attend various workshops, networking events (including a keynote address by Mayor John Peyton), and a Broadway-themed gala during this 2-day conference, the largest of it's kind in the state of Florida!
DPC provided full tradeshow management as well as decor for the gala celebration.
