Question:
What is the hottest trend in holiday parties?

Answer:
This season's hot events incorporate interactive activities for guests such as Casino Games.

When you decide to move forward with a DPC Casino Party, I suggest you provide each employee with initial play money and allow each person to purchase additional play money.

The biggest winner of the night would receive a special prize (perhaps a big screen television) to entice additional ticket sales.

Event proceeds could go towards the purchase of gifts for a pre-selected family in need making this an interactive, fun event that concludes in a meaningful way.

There's no gamble in hosting this event -

 EVERYONE wins!

We've had an unbelievably busy summer and we're quickly moving into fall. Since our last newsletter, we've formed valuable new partnerships, have begun planning a variety of corporate holiday receptions and have exciting new event themes & fun ideas to offer our clients.

We're proud to announce our new partnership with Contact DMC Group, the oldest and most prestigious of the destination management marketing and sale's consortiums.  Its 22 independently owned members represent over 50 of the most desired meeting and resort locales in Canada, The United States and now Mexico. For more information, visit the Contact DMC Group web site.

We're also excited to offer our clients innovative green-themed events that include eco-friendly centerpieces and smart ways for individuals and companies to host an unforgettable event while following some basic tenets of sustainable business - Reduce/Reuse/Recycle.

The forerunners of the Florida Green Lodging Program have demonstrated their commitment to succeed in protecting Florida's resources while also saving money and garnering good publicity."

DPC partners Amelia Island Plantation, Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Riverfront, Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront and The Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village have been designated as Green Lodging Properties.  To learn more about this important program, please visit:

We also design invitations from recycled paper, design html invitations, plan organic food menus and much more. We have a myriad of options of fun, green themes. Contact us for details today.
FALLing Into The Holidays Candles
It's time to plan your holiday event! Whether you're planning a holiday reception or party for your company or friends, DPC has a plethora of exciting themes such as our Christmas in the Vineyard and our Winter Wonderland Party.

Christmas in the Vineyard
VineyardSpend an enchanting evening under the Tuscan Moon as the holiday season is upon us.  Guests will experience a night filled with Tuscan style holiday cheer set in a scene of Italian elegance.  Guests will enter the event through a wooden arbor trimmed in grapevines.   Nestled under the Tuscan Moon are dinner tables draped with floor length eggplant lamour linens.  Topping these are moss green bichon overlays for the perfect vineyard color scheme.  Chairs accent the tables as they are draped with eggplant chair covers and tied with moss green bichon sashes. Contact us for more details so that you can plan an innovative holiday party this year for your family, friends and clients.

Winter Wonderland
WinterGuests will enter through a wonderland icy entrance complete with frosted evergreen trees which flank a white pillar entrance arch. Once the guests walk through and into the wonderland, a snow machine will create a magical experience for the guests.  Once inside the room, guests will be surrounded by a cool blue illuminated room from wall to ceiling.  Snowflake images will be projected on the ceiling and walls for a live effect! Vignettes will be placed around the room featuring all-white evergreen trees, oversized presents wrapped in silver, icy blue, and white wrappings, and blankets of white snow with iridescent snowflakes to accent. Contact us for more details about this beautiful, glittering holiday event.
