We will sample many fine wines together, each paired with fabulous foods that go so superbly with the personality of the vintages with which each dish is matched. The pairing of wines is a high art that soothes the spirit, delights the palate and greatly enhances a wonderful party such as we will have. You and I shall experience it all, guided by the expert chefs and sommelier at Viking.
