Bill Barnard past president, mentor and treasured friend as the
2008 Cleveland POPS' Spring Soiree honoree 
Join us in honoring Bill Barnard and recognizing his incredibly long list of civic achievements and philanthropic contributions to Cleveland POPS and to so many of the non-profit organizations throughout the Cleveland area.
Bill rose from Reporter with The Plain Dealer to Editorial Page Editor, Managing Editor, Assistant to the Publisher Thomas Vail, and for a decade prior to his retirement as Alex Machaskee's Director of Public Affairs.
He presided and served on many professional Boards during his stellar career and contributed greatly as a Board member of countless philanthropic, civic, educational and arts organizations.
