A Season for CERF CERF

We're pretty sure you already know the story.  But knowing it gets only halfway!  Here's the other half: CERF+ is counting on you to join other craft businesses across the country in demonstrating your support of craft artists by participating in A Season for CERF+, our annual fundraiser that takes place between September 1 and December 31.  You decide what you'd like to do to raise funds and visibility for CERF+ and when you do it, it is that easy.  All they ask is that participants commit to making a $100 contribution to CERF+.

Why not hold a CERF+ fundraiser during American Craft Week? Check out some of the photo's from Zig Zag Gallery's Soup for CERF event last year. What a fun way to raise money for a great cause! As a CRAFT member, your $25.00 American Craft Week participation fee is waived. Just go to the ACW website to sign up.

Have you sent your booth number?

Get them in today!

Our NYIGF special email will go out Wednesday, August 15th.

If you will have a booth and would like your information included on the list of CRAFT members booths, please email rani@randomactsart.com. Include your studio name, booth number, website and any show specials.

Deadline for NYIGF information is Tuesday, August 14th.

If you are exhibiting in any other wholesale shows you would like listed in It's Friday, please email the information (including the dates of the show) two weeks ahead.
Do You Use Constant Contact?                                                                                                                                  With the ongoing economic challenges, artists and stores have closed, budgets have been tightened.  CRAFT is impacted just as any other business.  We are asking for your help.  When you use Constant Contact through the CRAFT program, you get savings of up to 25% over the regular cost plus CRAFT receives a small percentage from every amount a member spends.  This tiny amount from each member in the aggregate makes a big difference to CRAFT's small budget.

Do you use Constant Contact and believe you are in the CRAFT member program?  Maybe not!  If not, you are not saving money!CC Try It

Here's how you can tell and what you should do:

If you are already using Contant Contact, at the bottom of a newsletter you have sent out, you will see a Constant Contact logo like the one above. Just click on it. That should take you to the Constant Contact home page. If you are a Business Partner, at the top of the page, next to the Constant Contact logo, you should see the CRAFT logo, like this:
CC CRAFT
If you don't see the CRAFT logo, contact Laurie Wickham at
info@craftonline.org or (305) 664-3650 to get signed up.

If you are not using Constant Contact and would like to sign up for a free 60 day trial, please use this link to sign up:
http://www.constantcontact.com/index.jsp?ls=extra3&pn=craftonline

Take a couple minutes to do this.  You will save and help CRAFT at the same time.
