TelephoneT3 Teleconfrence
Tuesday, October 18
10:00 AM EST

One of the best parts of being a member of CRAFT is the ability to network with peers. Every month we offer a teleconference during which any member of CRAFT can call in and talk, learn and share about issues effecting your business. T3 conference calls, unlike our other teleconference calls, are a FREE benefit of being a member of CRAFT.

Christmas Shppping
The topic for the T-3 will be "sharing best sellers for the holidays", led by Greg Worden, owner of Vermont Artisan Designs. Have at least three examples of items that work for you and may still be available for others; and also "ideas for special holiday promotions"--what has worked in the past and what is planned for this year?

Small Business Saturday Is Back This Year

Small Bus Satfrom American Express

Last year, small businesses saw a 28% increase in sales on American Express Cards during Small Business Saturday compared to the Saturday after Thanksgiving in 2009. And this November 26, we want to make the day even bigger.

American Express is giving Cardmembers who register their Card a $25 statement credit when they spend $25 or more at businesses like yours on Small Business Saturday. In addition, we've created a number of tools and resources to help you get ready for the big day:

  • Build a bigger fan base with $100 in free geo-targeted Facebook Ads-while supplies last
  • Create a Facebook presence for your business with a quick, easy new page builder
  • Promote the day with customizable signage and marketing materials to remind consumers who registered their American Express Cards that they can redeem their $25 statement credit at your business
