One of the best parts of being a member of CRAFT is the ability to network with peers. Every month we offer a teleconference during which any member of CRAFT can call in and talk, learn and share about issues effecting your business. T3 conference calls, unlike our other teleconference calls, are a FREE benefit of being a member of CRAFT.
The topic for the T-3 will be "sharing best sellers for the holidays", led by Greg Worden, owner of Vermont Artisan Designs. Have at least three examples of items that work for you and may still be available for others; and also "ideas for special holiday promotions"--what has worked in the past and what is planned for this year?

Small Business Saturday Is Back This Year

Last year, small businesses saw a 28% increase in sales on American Express Cards during Small Business Saturday compared to the Saturday after Thanksgiving in 2009¹. And this November 26, we want to make the day even bigger.
