CERF+ Reaches Out to Craft Artists

It is impossible not to be affected by the images of damage wrought by recent tornadoes and flooding that swept through large swaths of our nation this spring.  The devastation in areas is dramatic and the lives altered are many.  In the aftermath of a disaster, CERF+ endeavors to reach out to craft artists who may not be in a position to do more than get through their immediate day to day recovery and haven't yet had the time, or been able, to contact CERF+ for financial assistance.   If you know of a craft artist whose home or studio was affected by these recent tragedies, please take a moment to pass their names on to us at CERF+:  802-229-2306;  PO Box 838, Montpelier, VT 05601, or at

info@craftemergency.org.

For the many CRAFT members who participate in CERF+'s annual fundraiser, A Season for CERF+, your support is particularly appreciated at this time.  To learn how your gallery or studio can get involved, contact nel@craftemergency.org.  Consider pairing it with American Craft Week in order to lend much needed support to the craft artists whose work you value and sell.
