Las Vegas Shows
We will be sending out a special email before the Las Vegas shows, listing booth numbers & show specials of CRAFT members who are exhibiting, educational programs and events at the shows. Copies of the list will also be available in the CRAFT booth at the ACRE show. If you have any information that you think should be included in the newsletter, please email it to me.
If you are an artist exhibiting at JCK, ACRE or Niche in Las Vegas, please email me with the show name and your booth number. If you will be offering any show specials, please include that information.
Information must be received by May 29th to be included in the list distributed to our members.

What Are You Getting out of CRAFT?
Glad you signed up for CRAFT? Finding personal and business rewards because of it? Lots of us can answer a resounding "YES!" If you can't, why not?
Let me ask, what are your expectations from CRAFT? Do you expect to pay your dues and have wonderful things fall in your lap? Guess what. They won't. CRAFT is a participatory organization.
The first part is easy to participate:
- Sign up as a participant in American Craft Week. Plan an event and tell us about it on the ACW Facebook page.
- Sign up with Bank of America and save on credit card fees. Call Edith at 410-437-2039 to get started
- Sign up with Packaging Specialties as save money on your bags and boxes with fifth column pricing. Call Eric Shea at 800-722-7732.
- Attend Table Topics at the Baltimore, Las Vegas, New York, and Philadelphia shows.
- Call into the educational T3 teleconfrences each month.
- Utilize the CRAFT website to learn more about CRAFT and access articles of interest from past newsletters, the CRAFT membership roster and other info about CRAFT programs and values.
The second part takes more work and is the most rewarding. Get involved! Join a committee. We are all overworked and over committed. We worry every day how to cope with the challenges of the current business atmosphere. Well, there is a way to cope with all of this. Talk with your fellow artist and retailers. Share knowledge, experiences, skills.
Transform how you look at your business and what you do. All of this happens through discussions while serving on a committee. We never stay completely on point and get opportunities to share.
