Ahhh, Thanksgiving, how sweet the sound. Thanks and giving in the same word, what a wonder! Indeed, a national holiday to remind us of how important it is to be grateful for everything in our lives. Heartfelt gratitude is the effortless path to true freedom. Giving is what we are...radiance personified! Life is about giving or we're not really living.
Yes, Thanksgiving is about giving thanks for the bounty and abundance, the many gifts we receive every day of our lives. And it's also about thanks for giving and especially fore giving as we choose to liberate ourselves from the illusions that have long held us hostage. Let this Thanksgiving be also a day of humility, tranquility and letting go...something else to be grateful for.
