Enjoying relationship...The gift of "Intimacy, Sexuality and Healing"

It's time at last for a new "Intimacy, Sexuality and Healing" weekend! Now open to everyone, this workshop offers an exciting opportunity to energize and re-create our relationship experience. During the weekend we'll take an in-depth look at our conditioning and expectations around intimacy and sexuality. In small groups and with partners, we'll explore relationship experiences, discover relating patterns and see how our capacity for closeness has influenced our life choices. For better and for worse, our relationships are mirrors that show us who we are, what we value and how we're doing at any given moment. For many who've attended, this weekend awakened a new understanding of, and approach to, intimacy, sexuality, and relationship life that was inspiring, enjoyable and deeply healing!

These days, we're constantly reminded that life is full of unexpected change; that we are all changing; and we're learning that our intimate relationships must embrace and support our growth and changes or risk losing vibrancy and relevance. While it is sometimes true (and a source of much trepidation) that our time with a particular partner has run its course, most often we simply need to tune in to, and find the courage to share, what's opening up--what's really going on--inside of us. Raw, real, revealed and finally authentic, the ripening, maturing process any individual--and every meaningful relationship--must go through guides and illuminates our next step. "ISH" can help!

So, take this moment to imagine your relationship life filled with enthusiasm, understanding, revelation and playful innocence, and you'll get a sense of what the "Intimacy, Sexuality and Healing" workshop is all about. The "ISH" process helps us to remember that surrender, trust and the willingness to be present are the essential ingredients of any truly intimate experience. Conscious connecting is always about growing, learning from experience, letting go of what binds, embracing change...and, thus, perfectly describes the focus and clear intention of the "Intimacy, Sexuality and Healing" weekend. We've simply learned to say, "ISH is good!"
