There's a wave of inspiration opening up and building strength through the rest of this year, and the "Heart and Soul" workshop series is a powerful way to make the most of the creative potential readily available to us all. The "Heart and Soul" fall series includes three workshops: a renovated "New Beginnings"; a first-level, now mature "Intimacy, Sexuality and Healing" (affectionately known as "ISH"); and a completely new second-level "Intimacy, Sexuality and Healing"! As the title implies, "New Beginnings" defines a turning point in our lives. It helps us discover and release the beliefs, assumptions and stories that kept us limited, inhibited and separated in the past. A profound sense of freedom and openness is the gift you'll give yourself! "ISH" shows us the power in vulnerability, empathy and honesty. Healing emotional hurts helps us find the courage to connect again. The Level Two "Intimacy, Sexuality and Healing" is designed to help us better understand and embrace our powerful sexual energy and discover life and sexuality as one and the same! Union, communion and a direct experience of our undeniable oneness is the amazing realization, because you said Yes to the "Heart and Soul" fall series.

These workshops are linked and integrated to enhance and support a deepening sense of self-awareness and a direct experience of what's real and true for you. We recommend taking the whole series sequentially for the best experience. And for first-time workshop participants, the "New Beginnings" workshop is required before taking the "ISH" workshops, in order to familiarize everyone with the workshop format and build rapport.
