| United Way's 2-1-1 Community Resources |
Before you pay to have your taxes done, consider this: households earning less than $40,000 per year may qualify to receive free tax preparation and may also qualify for Earned Income Tax Credits (EITC). It's your money - keep it! Free tax preparation sites are available throughout the area. The experts at these sites can help you file taxes at no cost in order to avoid high filing fees, and help you file for EITC. 2-1-1 can link you to tax preparation sites and other helpful financial resources. For more information, call 2-1-1. |
