Girl Scout Troops 2023 and 1783 had an opportunity to participate in our Cultural Kitchen program last month. They made a fabulous dinner, learned about Belgium and Seychelles, and had a great time interacting and playing games with our hostel guests. The girls then had their first opportunity to spend the night in a hostel and loved it! We also had a group from Murchison Middle School's International Baccalaureate Program participate in the program in February. They prepared a wonderful Peruvian dinner!

Contribute through workplace giving - We are part of Local Independent Charities. If you are a federal, state, Travis County or City of Austin employee you can contribute to our council through your workplace giving campaign.We greatly appreciate the continued support of our donors that give through their workplace to ensure our success.

Volunteer - We have a variety of fun and rewarding volunteer opportunities. A few areas where volunteers help us fulfill our mission include: hosting events for hostel guests, teaching travel classes, serving on the board of directors, and facilitating Cultural Kitchen events.
