Summer is flying by & I had to get this picture in a newsletter ASAP. This is truly a "mother's love." Teresa Dunlap beaded these sandals for her daughter, Kendal. Just way too cute. Apparently Kendal is getting them in a variety of colors. Hey, I want a pair!

We had an unbelievably great day last Saturday. Fun classes and a fabulous trunk show with Mad About Beads. By mid-afternoon, Saralee was already talking about a return visit in the fall.

This Saturday, July 4th, is the last day of our Lemonade Sale-abration. The sale is 20%-off store-wide, a selection of 50%-off strands, and a 75%-off table. I'm thinking if it is hot on Saturday that table should be 90%-off. Anypne got an opinion on that?

What's Up on the Porch!

Porch w/ Barb & Dee

Our porch recently got a fabulous facelift. Turns out it's a great place to bead while enjoying Pepperidge Farm cookies and Blue Bell ice cream. Teresa (in the middle) flanked on the left by Barb (incoming OBS president) and on the right by Dee (former OBS president.)

What is OBS? It's the Oklahoma Bead Society and a wonderful way to learn about beads & beading while making friends. Check out their website.

July 4th is a fun holiday with lots of activities involving family and friends. Whatever you may be doing and wherever you may be, we wish you a safe and enjoyable weekend.
