Online Registration User Evaluation Recap

User feedback is vitally important for Demosphere as it is the driving force behind what we offer. To gather feedback specifically targeted at our Online Registration System, Demosphere sent out an online evaluation last month to all of our online registration clients regarding their satisfaction and to learn what features they would like to see implemented. The response was overwhelmingly positive especially regarding provided support and ease-of-use of the system.
All of the feedback, both positive and constructive, is extremely beneficial and we thank all those who participated in the evaluation. The response was tremendous as over 100 clients completed the evaluation.
Everyone who entered was eligible to win a batch of 30 Demosphere practice pinnies (see picture above) for use with their organization. The winners below are enjoying their pinnies as they read this!

Tip of the Month - Online Registration
|
In situations where increased speed of accessing, updating, and entering information is needed, club administrators may wish to have multiple windows open while running Demosphere's Online Registration product.
With multiple windows open, administrators have the ability to work on two different areas of registration at the same time, for example, creating rosters in team management while looking up a household. This is a great idea under the condition that each browser window must login as a new session. Demosphere uses session information to distinguish each individual that accesses the system from one another.
In order to prevent errors, the correct procedure is to open a new window and access the administrative link that was provided to you by Demosphere and login a second time.

Demosphere has created a Knowledge Base full of "How-to" answers. You can access it through the administrative side of your website. Simply click "Support Center" from the Admin Home page and search for questions. If you cannot find a solution to your question, please refer to Option 2, Submit Request Online. Here you can submit your question and a support staff member will get back to you as quickly as possible.
